Start cooking onion, then add carrots, celary when get soft add garlic salt, pepper cumin or another powders which you like.
Add meat. When meat get browned add tomato puree. Keep stir.
Add Worcestershire sauce, mix all and put beef stock. Add bay leaves, thyme cover with lid and cook around 1h.
Set proper taste according to your own taste using powder.
My method basing on this one. More or less.
Shalot, Thyme & Cheddar Pie
Diced celeriac & cut into chunks, sweat in butter and Garlic and seasoning
Cook for 30-40 min until veg cooked but not brow add thyme
Heat up milk seperately
Add flour to veg and cook out roux, beat in milk when cooked out remove from heat
Mix in cheese
Pasta with tuna & tomato sauce
Heat the oil in a pan, throw in the onion and cook for a couple of minutes.
Stir in the garlic, tomatoes, chilli and sugar.
Season with salt and pepper and bring to the boil.
Give it a good stir, then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Cook off in fryier 150 degrese for around 9min.
